Some ways to maintain or improve mental health are:

Participate in some form of physical activity. Many studies have been done to show the correlation between physical activity and improved mental health. One such study wrote, “Systematic reviews and meta-analyses have shown that physical activity interventions can improve cognitive and mental health in young people… (Lubans et al., 2016)”.

Write down positive thoughts and recite them to yourself.

Take short breaks throughout your day, especially if involved in a stressful situation.

Focus on balancing the different aspects of your life.

Eat food that is good for you.

Plan enough time for you to get good sleep.
